Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we’re unable to accept a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uncut

  • In their original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been cut, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team directly by emailing hello@thepeaco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

For returns due to reasons other than damage or error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
