Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout.
Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Please note that these times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. Please note that shipping carriers may have different procedures, and Peaco is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
